单词 | 奏鸣曲 |
释义 | 〔masterful〕According to a widely repeated dictum, masterful should be reserved for the sense "imperious, domineering,” as ina masterful tone of voice, whereasmasterly should be the choice when the intended sense is "having the skill of a master,” as ina masterly performance of the sonata. The distinction is a nicety that some writers will want to continue to observe. But the use ofmasterful in the latter sense has long been common in reputable writing and cannot be regarded as incorrect. 但在后一种含义上使用masterful 在一些享有声望的作品中也一直常见, 因此不能被看作是不准确的〔sonatina〕Italian [diminutive of] sonata [sonata] * see sonata 意大利语 sonata的小后缀 [奏鸣曲] * 参见 sonata〔last〕the ultimate sonata of that opus;乐曲最后的奏鸣曲;〔Strindberg〕Swedish writer of novels and plays, includingMiss Julie (1888) and The Dance of Death (1901), which are noted for their psychological realism. 斯特林堡,(约翰)奥古斯特:(1849-1912) 瑞典的小说及剧作家,作品包括《朱丽小姐》 (1888年)和 《鬼魂奏鸣曲》 (1901年),以作品的心理现实主义而著称 〔symphony〕An extended piece in three or more movements for symphony orchestra, essentially a large-scale, complex sonata.交响乐:为交响乐团谱写的含有三个或多个乐章的一段连续的音乐,尤指大规模的、复杂的奏鸣曲〔fluent〕speaks fluent Russian; gave a fluent performance of the sonata.说一口流利的俄语;流利地演奏这支奏鸣曲〔dead〕 Lifeless applies to what no longer has physical life (lifeless body), to what does not support life (a lifeless planet), and to what lacks animation, spirit, or brightness (a lifeless performance of the sonata; lifeless colors).
